DISPATCHSTREAM PRO — PRIVACY POLICY
We collect: your account email and password; business details you enter (name, contact name, phone, business address, payment handles, profile photo, service radius, job types); job details you post, including customer name, phone, address and notes; messages and photos you send; device push tokens; and app usage records.
We use this information to run the marketplace: to match jobs to businesses near them, to notify you, to show the other party what the App says it will show, to calculate and record settlements, to display ratings, and to keep the App safe.
Customer details in a job are shown only to the business the job is released to. Your business address is used to position your service area and is never shown to other users. Push notifications never contain customer details.
We do not sell personal information. We share it with service providers who host the App (Supabase), deliver notifications (Expo, Apple, Google), send verification texts (Twilio) and look up addresses (address geocoding providers), each only to provide their service.
You can delete your account from Settings; this removes your business, jobs, messages and photos. Contact [email protected] with any privacy question.
