DISPATCHSTREAM PRO — TERMS OF SERVICE
1. WHAT THIS IS
DispatchStream Pro ("the App") is a marketplace that connects businesses. One business (the "Seller") posts a service job; other businesses (the "Buyers") request it; the Seller chooses who receives it. The App does not perform, supervise, insure or guarantee any work, and is not a party to any agreement between a Seller and a Buyer.
2. ACCOUNTS
You must be a business and at least 18 years old. Keep your login private. You are responsible for everything done under your account. One account per business.
3. JOBS AND PAYMENT TERMS
A Seller sets the payment terms of each job (a percentage split or a flat fee). Requesting a job is not a claim; the Seller decides who gets it. Once a job is released, the two businesses deal directly with each other. Payment settles between the two businesses outside the App. The App shows both sides the same calculation and records what each side reports; it does not hold, move or guarantee money.
4. CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Customer details (name, phone, address, notes) are shared only with the business the job is released to, and only at the point described in the App. You agree to use them solely to perform that job, to keep them confidential, and never to solicit the customer for other work.
5. YOUR CONDUCT
No harassment, threats, spam, discrimination, illegal content, or impersonation. No sharing of contact details to take a job off the App before release. No content depicting nudity, violence, or hate. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users; we may remove content and terminate accounts immediately and without refund.
6. REPORTING AND BLOCKING
You can report any message, photo or company, and block any company, from inside the App. We review reports within 24 hours and will remove content and eject users who violate these terms.
7. RATINGS
Star ratings are released when both sides have rated or 14 days after settlement. Ratings are final.
8. SUBSCRIPTION
Access requires an active subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play at the price shown in the App. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Refunds are handled by the store.
9. TERMINATION AND DELETION
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.
10. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (END USER LICENCE)
10.1 By using the App you agree there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Content you post (messages, photos, job details) is yours; you grant us a licence to display it inside the App to the other party of your job and to review it for safety.
11. NO WARRANTY; LIMITATION
The App is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from work performed, payments made or not made, or the conduct of any other user. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the previous 3 months.
12. CHANGES
We may update these terms. Material changes require your acceptance in the App before continued use.
